Snake's Alchemy Lab

Second try with watercolors and also, second one in the series I plan to make about the chinese zodiac animals.
The snake represents knowledge and inteligence, and it's also associated with alchemy (Ouroboro's symbol is a snake) and medicine. The symbols in the old parchment are actually alchemy symbols with meanings, most of them are just symbols for chemical elements or other alchemic substances (like carbon, silver, gold).

Well, enough talk. I think this one came way better than the previous one (The Dragon: [link] )
And yes, in some parts the color bleed through the lineart. That was intentional.
